Since I had screwed around so much trying to fix this, I wasn't able to delete the user under the DB easily. The options button was in SQL Management Studio in the connection dialog. If you don’t then when logging in make sure you do as stated in the blog which was to click the options button on the Connect to Server Screen. Fixed! In SQL version 2000 and 7.0 - OSQL utility can be used to change the default database. Can you tell me is there any default database for SQL server which I can download and practice locally.
