Cannot Open /etc/lilo.conf
Nov 17, 2010 This post has been updated with new information. When loading into lilo, there's a capital character "U" in front of "Ubuntu". No error reported. then I'm supposed to execute lilo to finish/configure right?Tried using shell root access but typing: edit gives (command not found)As you can see I'm new to linux how do I find/edit this contact form

If you go into BIOS, make changes and save them, that's as if you're restarting the computer, it restarts again. You want grub2 on /dev/sda and windows bootloader on /dev/sdb. Although, I have no idea why you prefer selecting a boot device in BIOS.
