Cannot Log Off Citrix Session
Not the Delivery controller or any management server. I have in fact solved many issues ( and probably avoided just as many) by using that guide provided by Citrix regarding Microsoft hotfixes etc.. We have a brand new environment and are starting to see the same thing. I tried to log them off with both Remote Desktop Manager and qwinsta/quser, with no success.

I suppose I'll have to check Director every day to see if a stuck session is there. Here's how I resolved it: I've located the session ID with qwinsta. I get the same 4 processes (as Benjamin/Original poster) showing in Disconnected state with a "(4)" as the user. I am sticking this in my evernote. Perhaps the problem with this particular issue (or possibly just the threads) is the lack of a clear definition.

I was able to find it the article for it again, but there's no download link for it. The video has my comments as text on the screen and you can pause anytime when needed. Did it work? But I alsodon't know how to fix it.

Before they just changed the support site, I had seen one Limited Release HotFix for HRP03 that might be an answer to this neverending issue. are you on the Server the User had it's apps open on? This should free the locked session used by that account.

That's exactly the behaviour I see. The only way to connect to the server is using compmgmt.msc but even here I cannot see any issues in the event logs. When the user logs of the session is stuck and it looks like the screenshot in the attachments. Those executables that you place in that reg key will be forced to close at logoff.
