Well I finally figured that I was installing 2008 or 2012 version of the said files, while I'm using Visual Studio 2013!! The Client envirnment : OS : Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition Service Pack 1. The system cannot find the file specified. Why? Source
