in fact it all has to do with usb devices and image devices (scanners ,webcams ,so on) so now even if reinstalling usb doing ,whatever i could lead to the same Because Microsoft seems to leave most of the decision-making to Hardware Maker i.e. Also ran chkdsk and it was fine. I can print though from my IPhone.
