I unstall the patches and usually I am able to RDP to my 2003 windows SP2 but this time it didnt work... ReplyDeleteAnonymous10 February 2014 at 23:56:00 GMT+10Worked for me too! Had 4 servers affected overall. 2 servers i managed to fix by rebooting a few times and the other 2 i had to remove the hotfixes. event id1014... try here

rdpwsx.dll represents the RDP Extension DLL and the latest version should be 5.0.2180.1 Article ME306964 says that this can occur if the Cryptography subsystem is damaged. Essentially it seems that is is a known problem on a windows 2003 server with RDP and ICA protocols. I can only manually restart the listener but cannot work like that. Cheers, Rob.
