Apache http_log.h file changed the way ap_log_error() is called, one additional parameter is needed(that's what I understand about it). http://scriptkeeper.net/cannot-load/cannot-load-usr-libexec-apache2-mod-dav-svn-so.html In my case, the file was, passenger.load.
