Just change "chrome.exe" to whatever process you want. If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.You only need to get one of these to run, not all of them.

Googling about that yielded almost nothing useful, but I found a fix for the first issue by opening the preferences file in a text editor and changing a quantity called exit_type http://scriptkeeper.net/cannot-kill/cannot-kill-rtvscan-exe.html i have found something called Process Hacker (http://sourceforge.net/projects/processhacker/) you can use it to terminate the process tree and it usually does the trick and forces chrome to do a cold start Processhacker is able able to terminate only the child chrome.exe processes not the parent process. Please do not run any tools other than the ones I ask you to, when I ask you to.
